The short version
We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. We offer one specific guarantee, tied to the moment in our process that matters most: the strategic brief. If the brief does not reflect your business and we cannot fix it, your first month is refundable.
The brief satisfaction guarantee
The strategic brief is the foundation of everything Novel Koncept produces for you. It is delivered during onboarding, and nothing gets written until you approve it.
If the strategic brief does not reflect your business, and we are unable to resolve the issue through revisions, you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription fee.
This guarantee:
- Applies only to your first month
- Applies only in connection with the strategic brief
- Requires that you have given us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue through revisions
- Does not apply to dissatisfaction with individual articles or other deliverables
- Does not apply to any month after the first

Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly plans. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access through the end of the period you have paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a monthly cycle.
Annual plans. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance for the full term and run for that full term. They are not eligible for partial-term refunds, except as required by law, under the brief satisfaction guarantee during the first month, or where we end the relationship for convenience (see our Terms of Service, Section 14).
Founding member status and refunds
If you receive a refund under the brief satisfaction guarantee, your subscription closes and your founding member spot returns to the available pool. If you choose to rejoin later, you pay the standard rate then in effect.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply to subscriptions and purchases made after that date.
